My Life as a Foodie

Detroit Coneys Loose Burgers is, from what I know, a Detroit thing. It’s a loose burger in a hot dog bun with Coney chili on top. 

Is it good? Yes. Is it messy? Yes. Is it in LA? Yes.

Is it more that I expected? Yes - with a bottle of Faygo Rock & Rye, bottle of Coke Light (I don’t need the Mexican version, give me fountain pop of Diet Coke) and fries … at $21 including tip is a bit. And I went low on the tip because the waiter was slow and dense (small menu, forgot what I ordered as he walked to the register?!).

Will I go back? Meh, who knows. Maybe for a Sander’s Hot Fudge sundae.
