While not the biggest foie gras fan, I’m still a big believer in freedom of food. Dammit.
Did have an amazing dish of foie gras, though, at Fundamental.
In honor of its last month of being legal in America, we went a little crazy celebrating Foie Gras last night. Five different dishes in all. (Taken with Instagram)
